Myself and my partner recently had the joy of working with both Josh and Hannah to find our new home! We had a same-day viewing after calling up about the property, and were informed of our successful application the next day. The viewing times were very flexible, and I was able to go and see the property in the evening after work - which is incredibly rare, and we have previously had to book days off for viewings with other agencies. The entire process has been incredibly smooth, and both Josh and Hannah have been immensely supportive the whole time. We have naturally had a few hiccups which have all been addressed immediately, taking away any stress we would usually have with moving. It is amazing to have agents who are just a text/phone call away, without having to wait 2-5 business days for a reply, and are able to liaise with the landlord on our behalf. I couldn’t recommend them enough, especially to others like us who have had harrowing experiences with larger agencies. Thank you to you both, me and my partner both look forward to continuing to lease with you!

I’m very happy with my experience renting a house through Josh and Hannah . They responded quickly to my enquiry and arranged the booking without delay. The documentation process was straightforward and completed in no time. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Arguably the best letting agents I've dealt with! Hannah and Josh are both lovely people who really do make an effort throughout the process of tenancy. We got a viewing the same day when we called to ask about the property. The viewing was flexible with our work hours. We got an answer the very next day to offer us the tenancy. They made the referencing checks a smooth process. Moving in was also super easy. Of course we experienced some moving in hiccups, but Hannah and Josh were able to get it all sorted very quickly, no fuss at all. The best part is their communication. They always reply in a timely manner! Couldn't recommend them enough!

We had a fantastic experience with Josh and Hannah when securing our new rental property. They went above and beyond, even arranging a viewing outside of normal working hours, which was a massive help for us. From start to finish, they guided us through the whole process and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Both have been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. Having dealt with other letting agents in the past, I can confidently say they are miles better — a real breath of fresh air in comparison. Highly recommended!
