Josh grew up in Bredon and Tewkesbury, giving him first hand local knowledge of the area and its property market. Before The Property Folk, he was Lettings Manager at an estate agency, overseeing a team responsible for managing more than 300 properties. He brings local knowledge and a direct, calm approach to helping clients make confident property decisions.
Hannah brings extensive property and mortgage experience, with a calm, organised approach that clients value throughout a sale, let or valuation. She is closely involved from the first conversation onwards, giving clear advice, managing the details and keeping communication moving so clients always know what is happening and what comes next.
Albus is the happiest dog you may ever meet. Full of beans and a lover of all things muddy, he brings plenty of enthusiasm to the team and is always ready for a friendly hello. He is happy to attend any valuation or appointment, so long as treats and fuss are provided in abundance.
