"I had been disappointed with my rental's management for awhile. Josh gave me plenty of his time and insight and, following my tenants serving notice, took the property on the day after it was vacated. It needed a small project doing in the garden and Josh sorted this personally quickly for an excellent rate and then marketed and conducted many viewings for a greater rent which was easily achieved. He is very approachable at all hours and not desperate to get off the phone like others in the sector who want the management fee for little or no effort. Tenancy checks were completed for a lesser rate than others in the sector and I was kept updated by both Josh and Hannah. The couple have great contacts so impressive value-for-money cleaning has been undertaken and I now have tenants who are not just pleased with their new home but also their lettings manager experience which should lead to a long term let where all parties are happy. I will now bring all my rentals to Josh and Hannah because they are very knowledgeable, contactable, efficient and they really do care. Thanks both."

The viewing times were very flexible, and I was able to go and see the property in the evening after work - which is incredibly rare, and we have previously had to book days off for viewings with other agencies. The entire process has been incredibly smooth, and both Josh and Hannah have been immensely supportive the whole time. We have naturally had a few hiccups which have all been addressed immediately, taking away any stress we would usually have with moving. "Me my partner and 2 kids were basically going to be homeless within a couple of days of meeting Josh and Hannah, they got us a viewing straight away and we had a house within 2 days and move in 5 days later.
